If you are no longer “Charmed” with your merchandise, we understand! With that said, we want to make your return as easy as possible. Please take note of the following as our return policy is firm with no exceptions.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items. The cost of shipping an item back to Charmed Boutique is the responsibility of the customer.
- Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. This credit will never expire.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.
CLEARANCE & ACCESSORIES ON SALE ARE FINAL & ARE NON-RETURNABLE
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. No exceptions. If we are not contacted within 3 days of your receiving a damaged item, the order will be ineligible for store credit or a refund. Leave the tag on all defective or damaged items.
Email photos of the defective or damaged area of the item and email them to email@example.com. Include an image of the tag showing that it is still attached and write "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
Returns must be received in the original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
